Media Ireland believes Community Media is all about participation. Programmes are not just made for or about the local community but by the community itself.

We provide Free training in all aspects of Media and Broadcasting, from community journalism and presentation to recording and editing using professional equipment. We currently have radio stations and television channels in Newry and Belfast, so if you have an idea for a programme or would like to get involved in broadcasting we'll be delighted to provide you with all the support you need.

Media Ireland is also creating a network of local Community Television Channels across Ireland so if you would like to get involved, please get in touch and we'll be delighted to help.
